Scholarship Guidelines
College Student
Scholarship candidate intends to pursue a career in Engineering/architecture or related sciences.
Scholarship candidate must be graduate student or a freshmen, sophomore or junior undergraduate student, in good standing, currently enrolled for at least 12 hours (9 hours for Graduate Students) in the College of Engineering/Architecture at a University in the State of Texas.
Scholarship candidate shall be enrolled in an A.B.E.T. accredited engineering/architecture curriculum.
Scholarship candidate shall have a permanent address within the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area or area Universities.
Scholarship prospect will demonstrate financial need and will have applied for scholarship consideration with the University.
Scholarship candidate must have and maintain a grade point average of at least 3.0/4.0.
Scholarship candidate must be involved in extracurricular activities.
Scholarship candidate must be a citizen/resident alien of the United States or must have a valid student visa and must be an Indo-American or must have an Indian heritage. |
