Directions to the UHD Campus

The University of Houston-Downtown campus is located on Main Street at the north end of downtown Houston.

Directions to the Library

The library entrance is located on the 4th Floor of the One Main Building at 1 North Main Street.

There are several ways to reach the library entrance:

FROM MAIN STREET

• Enter the One Main Building at the light rail station.
• Take the elevators or stairs to the 4th floor.

FROM THE NORTH DECK

• The North Deck connects Main Street to the One Main Building and the Student Life Center.
• Enter the One Main Building at the O'KaneTheater, directly opposite the Student Life Center.
• Take the elevators to the 4th floor.

FROM THE NORTH LOADING DOCK

• The North Loading Dock is located on Girard Street (near the Travis Street entrance to campus).
• Enter the One Main Building at the North Loading Dock Entrance (next to the Police Station).
• Take the elevators to the 4th floor.

FROM VISITOR PARKING AND FACULTY/STAFF PARKING

• The Visitor Parking and Faculty/Staff Parking garages are located on Girard Street.
• Enter the One Main Building at the parking garage entrance.
• Take the elevators or stairs to the 4th floor.
