Database Description

Business and Company Resource Center provides information about thousands of companies and industries. It has lists of company officers, company histories, news and magazine articles, investment reports, financial data, industry and company rankings, product descriptions, industry profiles, market research, and more. With the advanced search, you can find companies by industry code (SIC or NAICS), product or brand name, city, or state.

How to Search

Use the pull-down menu to search the Company Search or Industry Search:

 

 

Search Results

When your search results appear, click on a company or industry name to see the full set of options. After you make a selection, the option tabs will light up to indicate which types of information are available for that topic.

 

 

Parent Company and Subsidiary Companies

In each company profile, look for the Parent Company or Subsidiary Companies button on the left side of the screen. When viewing a parent company, click on the Subsidiary Companies button to get information about companies owned by the parent company. When viewing a subsidiary, click on the Parent Company button to get the most complete set of options for company histories, news, investment reports, financial data, rankings, suits and claims, etc.
