| The Health Professions Advisory Committee
provides advising for students interested in entering health-related
professions, including admission into professional schools. All students
interested in applying to a professional school must obtain letter of
recommendation forms from the Natural Sciences Department that must by
completed and turned in to Prof. Montgomery. The committee chair collects
letters and writes a committee letter (preferred by most medical and
dental schools). The committee letter and individual letters will be sent
to professional schools for which the student has provided
addresses. |

| Students should be mindful of deadlines for
medical and dental schools shown in the link below - failure to observe
them will delay your application, which can dramatically impact your
chances of obtaining an interview and admittance! |
