Welcome to MyProfile.

I have been with the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) since October of 2000. I began my career at the University as a College Work Study student in the Office of Institutional Research and Planning. In September of 2001, I transferred over to the Human Resources Department and one semester later, I was hired full-time as the department’s Human Resources Technician.

While working as an HR Tech, I also attended classes at UHD and received my Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2004. Soon after, I was elevated to the position of Management Systems Coordinator in mid 2005 in the newly created Division of Employment Services and Operations (ESO).

Since my time here, I have been involved in University projects such as the implementation of the online application system, electronic performance management system, personnel records document imaging system, and more. In addition to ESO projects, I also assist users with requests for queries, account and password info, overseeing the ESO web site, technical documents and manuals, and the research and implementation of new software and procedures that can help ESO and the University streamline its processes.

I thoroughly enjoy working with the talented and devoted colleagues in my division and the University. I, and the rest of the ESO staff, take great pride in our work and constantly strive to deliver superior customer service to its community.
