The Affirmative Action Plan of the University of Houston - Downtown has been designed for the following purposes: 1. Assure Equal Employment Opportunity. 2. Identify potential Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action problem areas. 3. Identify potential underutilization of minorities and females. 4. Identify measures that UHD is taking or will take to assure Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action. 5. Establish goals for the elimination of potential underutilization of minorities and females. 6. Assue Good Faith Effort toward the attainment of Goals.
